Establishment Period
Premier’s journey began in 1983 with the founding of Premier CMT, a company that gradually established itself as a prominent name in the lighting industry. Throughout the 80s and 90s, Premier built a strong reputation, supported by its established network of agents and distributors.
Rebranding towards Custom Lighting
As the new millennium approached, in 2003, under the leadership of Antony Holland, we rebranded ourselves as Premier Custom Lighting and Decor, focusing on offering in-house manufactured feature lights and decor. This shift toward tailor-made products marked a pivotal turning point in our journey. With a renewed vision and unwavering dedication to excellence, we established ourselves as leaders in the custom lighting industry. Our expanded capabilities allowed us to offer bespoke lighting solutions that not only illuminated spaces but also infused them with artistry and sophistication.
In April 2018, new professionals joined Premier Facility, leading to an organic merger/acquisition. In February 2023, we set out a formal transformative journey towards polishing our product portfolio to reflect modern tastes and emerging trends of design approaches. This restructuring was a reflection of our commitment to innovation, quality, and leadership in the professional lighting industry. As we move forward, we continue to honor our legacy while embracing the future with evolving strategies.
Over the decades, our work has left a lasting footprint in the industry. From our early projects in the 1980s to our recent achievements, we have illuminated countless spaces and brought light to some of the most iconic locations.
Our custom lighting solutions have graced a wide range of projects, from iconic urban-scale projects and public arts to interior spaces including nightclubs, restaurants, hotels, casinos, and more—each project reflecting our passion for design and our commitment to excellence.
Additionally, we have successfully completed numerous tenant improvement lighting projects, enhancing office spaces, clinics, retail environments, and other commercial spaces with innovative lighting solutions, offering both ready-made and tailored options that elevate both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
