Our team consists of professional engineers majoring in power, control, electronic and mechanical fields, as well as certified lighting designers, certified energy managers and experienced industrial designers, graphist and an agile manufacturing team.

Before acquiring Premier twelve years ago, Tony built a successful career as an electrical contractor with a focus on lighting design. His company, ACDC Design Ltd., operated in Vancouver, Canada, for over two decades, providing expert electrical work for a wide range of projects.

Dorsa has an extensive experience in design and project management. With a background in architecture and a master’s degree in project management, she has worked across the construction, pharmaceutical, and academia sectors, bringing strong expertise in planning, execution, and operations.

Cindy hails from Beijing, China, where she worked many years as an accountant for an international trading company. Her fluency in Mandarin Chinese and her knowledge of China’s business culture is an amazing asset to the company. As head of AP and AR, Cindy keeps our finances healthy. Cindy has been with Premier for over a decade.

Rene hails from the Philippines and has been with Premier since shortly after his arrival in Canada. Rene excels in complex tasks such as printed circuit assembly and soldering. He now manages every aspect of production and his attention to detail sets the standard for our products.
