All Premier Lighting products carry a three (3) year limited warranty from the date of invoice. An extended warranty is available upon request for an additional fee.
The warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective components, at Premier Lighting’s discretion, for the original purchaser only. This warranty applies solely to manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery.
The warranty will be void if failure results from improper installation, installation by unlicensed or non-professional electricians, use of non-approved or non-recommended power supplies, or installation not performed in accordance with Premier’s installation instructions.
Premier Lighting assumes no responsibility for labor costs associated with installation, removal, or replacement of products, nor for any incidental or consequential damages, including freight or transportation costs.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within thirty (30) days of purchase, provided the items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Special, custom, or made-to-order products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Approved returns are subject to a thirty percent (30%) restocking fee. All freight and transportation costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid to Premier Lighting’s Burnaby, BC facility.
Order cancellations must be submitted in writing and received prior to commencement of production.
Custom-made and/or special orders cannot be cancelled once released to production.
Orders cancelled after processing for shipment will be treated as returned merchandise and subject to applicable restocking fees.
Samples may be provided upon customer request and are subject to availability and applicable charges.
This does not apply to one-time sample kits for some of the products provided at Premier’s discretion to sales representatives, which will be clearly labeled as “Free Sample Demos.”
Premier Lighting reserves the right to revise the Representative Price Guide (RPG) with fifteen (15) days’ prior written notice. It is recommended to confirm prices for orders over 5,000 CAD.
All prices are based on FOB Premier Lighting warehouse, Burnaby, BC, Canada.
Premier Lighting may, at its discretion, cover truckload or standard ground shipping costs for qualifying orders exceeding certain value thresholds.
Customers may specify their courier account details on the purchase order, and Premier will arrange shipment using the customer’s carrier account.
All other delivery and handling charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
For shipments to the United States, all orders are strictly FOB and shipped at the customer’s expense.
Orders will be processed only upon receipt of a complete and approved purchase order issued in accordance with Premier’s quotation and/or the most recent RPG.
Stocked items are typically available for pickup within two (2) business days following receipt of an approved purchase order.
All inquiries, purchase orders, returns, and cancellations must be submitted via email to Premier’s quotation manager.
Premier Lighting will assign a technical representative to provide support to sales representatives and/or customers when applicable.
The latest policy revisions are available on Premier’s website and apply to all orders placed on or after the date of the most recent update.
